Delivery Policy

Any delivery times quoted are from our receipt of an order to be processed. All products are subject to availability. If there are any items on your order that are currently out of stock with a long lead time, a member of our sales team will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date.

While MTA Components aim to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order and confirmation was received).

Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Larger consignments are priced on request.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or at the point of collection from store. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, MTA Components shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

MTA Components use a variety of Courier companies for United Kingdom (UK) and international deliveries. Delivery dates are approximate and unless we have caused the delay, we will not be responsible for late arrivals.

Product Returns

To request a return please complete the Return form below.

There is a 40% handling charge.

Returned stock will not be accepted without the prior consent of MTA Components Ltd and the provision of a valid returns note number issued by our Quality Department.

We are unable to accept the return of non-stock items, made to order assemblies and special order goods.

All items must be new, unused and in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returns for stock ordered incorrectly will incur a 10% restocking charge if a replacement order is received against the returns request.
