Privacy Policy Information

What do you do with my information?
We use your information for the following:

How long will you keep my information?
- Customer and order information will be kept securely on our system until you ask us to remove it.
- Encrypted Credit Card information will be purged every 365 days.
- Mailing List Subscriptions will remain active until you opt out from specific lists.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If I give marketing consent, how will you use my data?
We will use your email address to contact you directly about promotions, offers or updates from our customer service team. This may be via driect email to your inbox, or on social media and search, by running advertising campaigns linked to your email address.
If you provide other data, e.g. your marketing preferences, we will use this to try provide you with advertising and promotions that are specifically relevant to you.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – HEART INTERNET
Our store is hosted on Heart Internet Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Heart internet Commerce’s data storage, databases and the general Heart Internet application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
Payment through our website can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards, PayPal is also accepted.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Most On-Line retailers use cookies. MTA Components uses Cookies to let us know you are a prior customer and thus you will not need to re-enter certain information every time you shop at the site. We do not use cookies to store credit card numbers, address information or any other personal information.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
